Xantho House
Addition to an existing office-space, Xantho House is a 4 story storage and housing unit designed for the principals of the office to have a place to stay when working late or rising early without the hassle of commuting. Have you ever seen a flower growing out of a crack in the cement before? Welcome to the Xantho House: named after the pigment found in yellow flowers, the Xantho house signifies plants growing out of the cement. This project just recently won the Addition/Expansion, Rennovation/Remodel, and Adaptive Reuses Awards in 2023.
